Marta has over 15 years of experience in companies from media and digital industry, e-commerce, as well as from financial sector. She worked directly with key clients, marketing and PR teams from 30 EMEA countries. She gained experience mainly on the Polish and European markets (CEE, UK, Scandinavia). She worked with major advertisers in the CEE region such as GSK, Danone, L’Oreal, Mondelez, Nestle, Novartis, P & G. Unilever and many others.
As Marketing Director in TMS Brokers she is responsible for the strategy of global marketing activities, including PR. She manages relations with media partners and international agencies. She also deals with the analysis of market trends and competition activities, managing Marketing Department (8 people).
Previous experience Marta Klepka gained in Audioteka, where she was Marketing & Business Development Manager, and also in Publicis group, where she was responsible for the strategic development of the company’s offer in the field of digital marketing. Before, she worked at Gemius, where she managed sales, marketing and PR departments, shaped the company’s image and developed its products.
