What data does the Invest Cuffs service collect?

For what purpose and how long are your personal data processed?
Personal data of INVEST CUFFS service Users who submitted an inquiry via the contact form are processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and are processed for as long as necessary to ensure the highest quality of service.
Personal data of INVEST CUFFS service Users who completed the registration form are processed for the purpose of registering for and participating in INVEST CUFFS and are processed for the period necessary to ensure the User’s participation in INVEST CUFFS. During registration for INVEST CUFFS, the INVEST CUFFS service allows Users to consent to the processing of their personal data by entities other than the Invest Cuffs Foundation – Education and Development of Financial Markets, with its registered office in Kraków. If you have given such consent, these entities also process your personal data for the purposes and under the conditions specified in your consent.
The Invest Cuffs Foundation – Education and Development of Financial Markets, with its registered office in Kraków, does not transfer personal data of INVEST CUFFS service Users to any third parties; in particular, personal data are not transferred to Third Countries.
Personal data of all INVEST CUFFS service Users may be entrusted to third parties for the purpose of using email service providers, ensuring legal services, and using IT services.

This necessity results from the functionality of the application available to VIP and Premium users, such as Chat (VIP and Premium), Speed Dating (VIP and Premium), Participants (VIP and Premium), Business Cards (VIP and Premium).
When may changes be introduced to the Privacy Policy?
The administrator of the INVEST CUFFS service reserves the right to introduce changes to this Privacy Policy in order to ensure its timeliness and compliance with applicable legal regulations. Changes to the Privacy Policy may also result from changes in technology, methods, purposes, or legal bases for the processing of Users’ personal data.
