§1 General provisions and definitions:
- The provisions of these regulations (hereinafter the “Regulations”) define the terms and conditions of participation in the Invest Cuffs 2026 conference and trade fair, which will take place on 20–21 March 2026 (hereinafter “Invest Cuffs” or “Event”, or “Conference”) at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre (address: Marii Konopnickiej 17, 30-302 Kraków – hereinafter “ICE Kraków”).
- Invest Cuffs will take place during the following hours:
- on 20 March 2026 from 08:00 to 22:30,
- on 21 March 2026 from 09:00 to 21:30.
- The organizer of Invest Cuffs is the Invest Cuffs Foundation – Education and Development of Financial Markets, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 65/4 Piętro, entered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków–Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000586251, NIP: 6793118922, REGON: 363021104 (hereinafter “Organizer”). - The purpose of the Event is to pursue the statutory objectives of the Foundation, including through: increasing participants’ investment awareness and promoting education in the field of financial markets, economics, and finance.
- A participant of Invest Cuffs may be a person who has reached the age of 16,
purchases a ticket or meets the conditions specified in § 2 sec. 1 letter a., accepts these Regulations and the other documents listed in § 1 sec. 9 of the Regulations (hereinafter “Participant”). - Persons under 16 years of age may participate in the Conference only under the supervision of an adult who is both the legal guardian of such person and a participant. In such a case, persons under 16 years of age have the right to participate in the Conference to the same extent as their legal guardians.
- A Participant authorized by the Organizer to deliver a lecture, presentation, or other public appearance during the Event (hereinafter “Speaker”) and an entity cooperating with the Invest Cuffs Foundation in the organization or implementation of the Event, regardless of the nature or form of such cooperation (hereinafter “Event Partner”) bear sole responsibility for the content, opinions, materials, and information presented by them. The Organizer merely provides space and is not responsible for the consequences of the use of such content by Participants.
- As part of the Event, lectures, panel discussions, scientific and didactic sessions, educational sessions, as well as other educational presentations will be held. During the Event, participants may use the exhibition space where Event Partners will present informational and educational content.
- The detailed Invest Cuffs program will be published on the website https://investcuffs.pl no later than two weeks before the Event date. The Organizer reserves the right to change Speakers and the program for reasons beyond its control. In such a case, the Participant is not entitled to compensation from the Organizer.
- The agreement for participation in the Event is concluded upon delivery to the Participant by the Organizer of a ticket purchase confirmation
or participation registration confirmation, sent by e-mail after meeting the conditions specified in § 2 sec. 1 letter a. - Ticket purchase confirmation or participation registration confirmation – a notification sent by e-mail by the Organizer
to the Participant in response to a ticket purchase or registration submission after meeting the conditions specified in § 2 sec. 1 letter a. - Random events – a future, possible but uncertain event, independent solely of the Organizer, including but not limited to events such as: flood, fire in the building where the conference is to be held; armed conflict; street riots; failure in the building where the conference is to be held, such as: electrical, water and sewage, gas, heating, air conditioning, fire protection system failure, or other failure that threatens the life or health of persons staying in such a building; road, air, or rail disaster preventing access to the venue and the safe conduct of the conference; as well as other events whose occurrence prevents the organization of the conference according to the program or threatens the life or health of Event Participants if held.
- The agreement for participation in Invest Cuffs consists of:
- these Regulations;
- the Invest Cuffs program published on the website;
- the Registration Form referred to in § 2 sec. 1 letter a,
- Regulations for the use of the ICE Kraków Congress Centre facility,
- The provisions of these Regulations constitute an integral part of the ticket or participation registration and are binding on every Participant.

§2 Rules of participation in Invest Cuffs:
- Participation in the Conference is generally subject to a fee and requires the purchase of a ticket.
- However, the Organizer provides free participation for students and upper-secondary school pupils upon providing a student or school ID number and granting consent to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes. In such a case, the Participant is granted a 100% discount on the Standard Ticket and their participation in the Conference is free of charge.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove a Participant from the Event in justified cases, in particular if their behavior violates any provisions of the Regulations, including the obligation to maintain personal culture and respect for other Participants and representatives of the Organizer, poses a threat to the safety of others, or otherwise disrupts the course of the Event.
- The Participant may resign from participation in the Conference or delegate another person in their place. Due to the nature of the Event and the indication of a specific date of its implementation in the Regulations, pursuant to Article 38 point 12 of the Act on Consumer Rights, a Participant who is a consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement for participation in the Event. Resignation from participation in the Event, regardless of its reason, does not entitle the Participant to a refund of the fee paid. A refund is possible only in the event of:
- cancellation of the Event by the Organizer,
- a change of date that prevents the Participant from taking part.
- Resignation from participation requires notifying the Organizer before the start of the Conference.
- A change of Participant may be made until the start of the Conference. In such a case, the new participant is required to present a document clearly confirming their authorization to participate in the Conference in place of the previous Participant and to present the ticket. The person delegated in substitution becomes a Participant and the rights and obligations of a Participant apply to them accordingly.
- The Organizer is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data entered into the registration form or on the Bilety24.pl website.
- The Organizer must be informed of any change to the data required for registration (e-mail address, contact phone number), both before and after receiving confirmation of registration for the Conference.
- The Organizer reserves the right to dispose of the list of Speakers together with additional information such as the names of enterprises, companies, partnerships, and other entities related to the Event and to use it for activities promoting Invest Cuffs.
- In order to participate in the Event, each Participant is required to:
- present a previously purchased ticket to the Event staff located in the designated registration area. The ticket may be presented in the form of a printout of the QR code sent by the Organizer or on a digital device. If the Event staff have doubts as to the identity of the person presenting the ticket in relation to the data assigned to the ticket, they may request the presentation of a photo ID for the proper provision of services;
- wear the identification badge received during registration in a visible place and the wristband on the wrist.
- Each Participant receives only one wristband and one identification badge, which allow participation for the two days of the Event. An exception applies if the Participant accidentally damages the wristband or identification badge. In such a case, replacement is possible only upon return of the damaged wristband or identification badge. The wristband is waterproof and should not be removed from the moment of registration until the end of the Event.
- The Participant is entitled to enter the Event only during the hours specified in § 1 sec. 2 of these Regulations. Staying on the premises of ICE Kraków outside the hours during which Invest Cuffs takes place is prohibited.
- In the case of a Participant who violates legal regulations, regulations applicable at the Conference venue, safety rules, or rules of proper conduct, the Organizer reserves the right to apply disciplinary measures, including exclusion of the Participant from further participation in the Conference without refund of the conference fee.
- The Participant is obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with the internal regulations applicable at the Event venue, in particular the Regulations for the use of the ICE Kraków Congress Centre facility, attached to the Regulations.
- The Organizer does not provide transportation, return travel, or accommodation for Participants, and the costs related to travel to and stay at the Event are borne by the Participant at their own expense.
- All individual expenses of the Event Participant related to the use of additional services such as, for example, a bar, parking, etc., shall be covered individually by the Invest Cuffs Participant at their own expense.
- Consumption of meals and beverages may take place only in designated areas (cafés, bars, restaurant).
- The Participant shall not assert any claims for non-performance of the agreement for participation in Invest Cuffs by the Organizer due to cancellation or postponement of the Event as a result of force majeure, whereby force majeure shall be understood in particular as: governmental actions, strikes, natural disasters, acts of war, fires, epidemics preventing full or partial performance of obligations arising from the agreement.
- The Participant bears full responsibility for any damage caused by them on the premises where any activities related to Invest Cuffs are conducted and undertakes to cover the costs of repairing the damage caused.
- Filming and recording any part of the Event without the consent of the Organizer is prohibited.
- The Organizer informs that photographs and recordings of a documentary and journalistic nature may be made during the Conference, also including the image of Participants as part of a broader whole. Participation in the Conference is tantamount to granting consent to the free recording and dissemination of such image in the Organizer’s informational and promotional materials.
- The Participant, Speaker, and Event Partner bear full responsibility for all materials and information presented by them during the Conference, in particular for the use of names, trademarks, logos, advertisements, inserts, banners, roll-ups, presentations, educational and promotional materials. The Participant also declares that these materials do not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyright, related rights, and industrial property rights.
- All materials presented and made available to Event Participants are protected by copyright and constitute the intellectual property of their creators, being subject to legal protection. These materials may not be distributed, shared, or reproduced by the Participant without the written consent of the authorized persons.
§3 Participation fees and payment terms:
- The price list for participation in the Conference is available on the official Conference website at investcuffs.pl. The above fee must be paid in accordance with the selected payment method via the Bilety24.pl service. Regulations concerning payment methods in the Bilety24 service are available on the Bilety24.pl website.
- The ticket price displayed on the Service website is given in Polish zloty (PLN) and includes VAT. The total cost of the ordered services is indicated in the order summary displayed on the Bilety24.pl website prior to placing the order.
- A condition for purchasing a ticket is payment for the ticket via online payment or bank transfer to the bank account number indicated in the payment summary on the Bilety24.pl website.
- In the case of purchasing tickets directly from the Organizer, the issuance of a VAT invoice for the purchased tickets takes place after the invoice has been paid. The invoice will be issued in electronic form and delivered by e-mail to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase.
- A ticket purchased via the service is non-refundable, except for the cases provided for in §2 sec. 3 letters a. and b.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make ongoing changes to the prices of services referred to in §4 sec. 2 of the Regulations, as well as to conduct and cancel all types of promotional campaigns and sales. The right referred to in the preceding sentence does not affect participation registrations in cases where the conditions set out in §2 sec. 1 letter a. regarding free participation are met.
- In the event of cancellation of the Event or its rescheduling to another date, the Organizer will send information about the refund process to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed automatically via the same method used for payment.
§4 Complaints
- Any complaints submitted by the Participant against the Organizer should be made in writing by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the Organizer’s registered address.
- Complaints regarding the course of the Event may be submitted in writing no later than within 3 days from the date of completion of the Event. Complaints submitted after this deadline may remain unexamined.
§5 Liability of the Organizer
- The Organizer ensures that it will make every effort to guarantee organizational conditions of the Event consistent with the description published on the Invest Cuffs website.
- The Organizer determines the Conference agenda and reserves the right to make changes to the Conference program for reasons beyond its control, even on the day the Event takes place, including the right to change the schedule and the order of the program.
- Changes to the Event program referred to above shall not constitute grounds for any financial claims against the Organizer or any other liability of the Organizer.
- If the Event does not take place for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, in particular due to force majeure, the Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the Participant the fee paid for participation in the Event. The Participant is not entitled to any compensation for additional costs incurred or lost benefits.
- The Organizer provides Speakers with the equipment necessary to conduct presentations, including a multimedia projector, sound system, and a laptop with the Windows operating system and OpenOffice and MS Office office suites.
- The Organizer is not responsible for Participants’ belongings that may be lost, damaged, or stolen during the Event.
- The Organizer does not insure Conference Participants for the duration of the Event and bears no liability in this regard.
§6. Personal data
- In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the controller of the personal data of Invest Cuffs Participants is the Invest Cuffs Foundation – Education and Development of Financial Markets, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 65/4 Piętro, entered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków–Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000586251, NIP: 6793118922, REGON: 363021104 (hereinafter the “Organizer”). - The controller is responsible for the security of the provided personal data and for processing it in accordance with applicable law.
- Data protection contact: e-mail: kontakt@investcuffs.pl.
- Purposes of data processing: the personal data of Invest Cuffs Participants will be used by the controller for the following purposes: concluding and performing the agreement for participation in Invest Cuffs (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Invest Cuffs Foundation, e.g., issuing and storing invoices or responding to complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR); pursuing claims arising from the agreement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); marketing of own services during the term of the agreement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); marketing purposes, where the Participant has consented to the use of data for this purpose (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Scope of data: the Invest Cuffs Foundation will process: surname and given name(s), address of residence or stay, correspondence address if different from the address of residence or stay, e-mail address, and the Participant’s phone number.
- Data retention period: the data will be used for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above. Depending on the legal basis, this will be respectively: the time necessary to perform the agreement, the time required to fulfill legal obligations, and the time during which the law requires the Organizer to store the data, e.g., tax regulations (no longer than 6 years from the end of the agreement); the period after which claims arising from the agreement become time-barred (6 years from the end of the agreement); the period until consent is withdrawn.
- Transfers to third countries: the personal data of Invest Cuffs Participants will not be transferred to third countries.
- Recipients of data: while maintaining all data security safeguards, Participants’ data may be provided, in addition to persons authorized by the controller, to other entities, including entities processing it on behalf of the Invest Cuffs Foundation, e.g., our accountants, providers of technical services, and banks.
- Participant’s rights: the Participant may submit a request to the Organizer for: access to personal data (information about the processed personal data and a copy of the data); rectification of data if it is incorrect; data portability in cases specified in the GDPR; erasure or restriction of processing of personal data. Irrespective of the rights listed above, the Participant may at any time object to the processing of their data if the legal basis for processing is a legitimate interest. The Participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the law.
- Withdrawal of consent: consent given for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time.
- Third parties: Participants’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, subject to §6 sec. 8 of the Regulations.
- The Participant consents to the free-of-charge use of their image by its creation, fixation, and dissemination by the Organizer within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2017.880, consolidated text, as amended) and the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2017.459, consolidated text, as amended), and grants a free license to use the recorded image in the following fields of exploitation:
- fixation and reproduction by any known technique and dissemination in any form,
- entering into computer memory and into the multimedia network,
- reproduction of the recording of the fixed image, public display, screening, playback, and broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as well as making it publicly available in such a way that anyone can access it at a place and time of their choosing,
- posting and publishing on websites and in presentations for the purpose of informing about Invest Cuffs and promoting subsequent editions of the Event.
§7. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code, and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
- Any disputes that may arise in connection with participation in the Event shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer.
- The purchase of a ticket or receipt of a ticket after meeting the requirements set out in §2 sec. 1 constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations, as well as compliance with order regulations, fire safety regulations, and other rules applicable at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, as well as any other arrangements made between the Participant and the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the provisions of the Regulations. Amendments shall enter into force within 24 hours from the moment they are published on the investcuffs.pl website, without the need to separately notify each Participant.
- If any provision of the Regulations is found to be invalid or non-binding, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, an appropriate provision shall apply which is valid and most closely reflects the economic and legal purpose of the replaced provision.
- The Regulations shall be effective as of 31 March 2025.
