INVEST CUFFS COMPETITION RULES for 2025 – INVESTMENT MARKET AWARDS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the “Invest Cuffs Competition – Investment Market Awards” and the “Invest Cuffs Gala”, hereinafter referred to as the “Competition” and the “Gala”, is the Invest Cuffs Foundation – Education and Development of Financial Markets, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
The purpose of the Competition is to honor individuals and institutions having the greatest impact on the development of financial markets in Poland.
The Organizer intends to conduct the Competition and organize the Gala on an annual basis.
Invest Cuffs Awards are honorary awards. Nominees and winners neither receive nor incur any financial remuneration. Winners may, however, use the fact of being awarded in promotional and advertising materials.
The Invest Cuffs Competition is a continuation of the FxCuffs Competition organized in the years 2015–2017.
2. COMPETITION CATEGORIES
Invest Cuffs Awards for 2025 will be granted in 21 categories:

Participants of the Competition are nominated by the investor community, the Organizer, and the Jury.
The time scope considered in the nomination process covers the period from January 1 to December 31 of a given year.
The Organizer reserves the right to grant Special Awards by direct selection based on its own assessment.
3. SELECTION OF NOMINEES
Nominees in individual categories are selected by the Invest Cuffs Competition Jury, hereinafter referred to as the “Jury”, from candidates proposed by the investor community or Jury members. Submissions by the investor community may be made between November 25 and December 15, 2025, via an online form. The above does not apply to Special Award categories, for which winners are selected independently by the Organizer.
4. THE JURY
The Jury consists of individuals appointed by the Organizer through direct selection or recommended by third parties.
When selecting Jury members, the Organizer takes into account their professional experience, industry knowledge, positions held, and social authority.
The composition of the Jury may remain unchanged in subsequent editions of the Competition.
5. COMPETITION STAGE – SELECTION OF NOMINEES BY THE JURY
From the submitted applications, the Jury selects nominees in individual categories by January 13, 2026. Each Jury member is required to submit to the Organizer, by that date, an electronic list of candidates with a maximum of 5 nominations in each category.
The Jury evaluates the selected candidates based on the list of nominees delivered electronically to all Jury members. Voting is secret and full voting results in individual categories are not made public.
Jury members evaluate candidates personally, based on their own judgment. Granting power of attorney to third parties, consulting with third parties, or relying on their opinions is not permitted.
Consultation with other Jury members is also prohibited.
A Jury member is obliged to abstain from evaluating candidates in categories where nominated persons, entities, or projects are personally or professionally related to them.
Before the announcement of results, Jury members are bound by confidentiality. Disclosure of any information about finalists to entities directly or indirectly participating in the Competition or to third parties is prohibited.
The final list of nominees contains candidates in each category who received the highest number of votes from Jury members. Each list includes 5 nominations. In the event of a tie, the list may include more than 5 nominees.
6. RULES FOR EVALUATION AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
Winners of the Competition are selected by Internet users through open electronic voting.
Each category includes a list of nominees selected through Jury voting.
Voting is open to any adult who submits valid votes by March 5, 2025, and completes the voting form by providing first name, last name, and email address.
A vote is considered valid when the voter correctly completes the voting form and clicks the “Submit votes” button.
Each voter may select one candidate in each category and may vote in one, several, or all categories.
The winner in a given category is determined by the number of votes received.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of votes. In case of detecting any manipulation, votes may be declared invalid.
7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPETITION RESULTS
Competition results will be announced during the Invest Cuffs Gala, during which the official award ceremony will take place. The exact date of the ceremony is published on https://investcuffs.pl/.
Until the announcement, results are known exclusively to the Competition Secretary.
8. THE AWARD
The Competition award is a statuette designed and created by renowned Kraków artist Marek Stankiewicz, depicting a cuff carved in stone and adorned with an amber clasp.
Each year, the statuette is designed and produced according to a different concept, making it unique.
The winner receives the statuette as property.
Candidates who place second and third receive the Invest Cuffs Silver Laurel diploma.
9. RIGHTS OF WINNING ENTITIES
Competition winners are entitled to use the title “Winner of the Invest Cuffs Award in the category (category name)” or “Best in the Invest Cuffs Competition in the category (category name)” in media, promotional, and internal materials.
Winners are also entitled to use the Competition logo and photographic images of the statuette in business and advertising activities.
In the event of awarding the statuette, the winner may not request its monetary equivalent or exchange it for another prize.

In the event of violation of point IX a) or b), the Organizer may demand the return of the statuette and cessation of use of the title “Invest Cuffs Award Winner” within a deadline specified by the Organizer.
10. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
The Organizer is responsible for conducting the Competition in accordance with these Rules and for the transparency and reliability of the entire process.
The Organizer shall not be liable for irregularities related to delayed or failed notification of winners about the Gala date or receipt of the award caused by:
None of the provisions of these Rules shall be construed as creating grounds for financial or contractual liability of the Organizer towards third parties.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Rules constitute the sole basis for conducting the Competition.
All matters not regulated herein relating to the Competition shall be resolved exclusively by the Organizer or by a court competent for the Organizer’s registered office.
Competition participants consent to the processing of personal data by the Organizer in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy for the purposes of conducting the Competition, selecting winners, and awarding prizes.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules or cancel the Competition at any stage prior to announcing the results or publishing them on the website.
These Rules enter into force on the date of publication on this website.
